A Message From Clos, Russell & Wirth, P.C.

At the present time the law firm of Clos, Russell & Wirth, P.C. (CRW) will continue to remain open to address your legal needs. CRW is taking every precaution to ensure the safety and health of our clients and staff which is our highest concern in these uncertain times.

As always, CRW is available to communicate with our clients via telephone or email correspondence. We also are making ourselves available to meet via “Skype” or other means for those clients who possess this capability. We do recognize however, that sometimes it is important for you and our attorneys to meet personally in our office to review and/or prepare documents. When an in-person appointment is necessary we will be scheduling only one appointment at a time. This will serve two goals. First it will eliminate the chance opportunity of clients encountering one another in the office and minimize possible exposure. Second, staggered appointments will allow us an opportunity to thoroughly clean and sanitize the conference rooms between meetings as well as the common areas of the office.

These and other safety measures will allow CRW to continue to serve the needs of our clients without interruption while taking every precaution to protect your health and safety. We will continue to evaluate and update our procedures on a day-to-day basis.

To our current clients: if you have a case that is pending in any court and have questions regarding upcoming court dates or deadlines, please contact us. We will, however, notify you when we learn of an adjournment or change regarding your matter.
